Sharon Davies draws on 30 years in youth, community, and charity leadership to help boards and CEOs build clarity, culture, and values-led strategy for fairer futures.
Sharon brings three decades of experience in youth, community, and charity leadership, including as 5 years CEO of Young Enterprise. With a proven track record in strategy, change leadership, and values-led culture building, she now partners with leaders and organisations through Good Place Co to create clarity, confidence, and lasting place-based impact.

That understanding comes from lived experience.

I’ve spent over 30 years working alongside leaders, teams and organisations locally, nationally, and internationally. I understand the weight leadership carries, especially when things are unclear or under sustained pressure.

I’ve led through growth, challenge, crisis and change. As CEO of a national charity, I led the organisation through significant financial, strategic and cultural change.

Good Place Co is built on everything I’ve lived, led, and learned. It exists to partner with charity trustees, CEO’s and supporters, to build sustainable leadership systems that work under pressure, in real life.

My credentials include:

  • Dip HE in Youth & Community Development with JNC professional qualification

Our mission

Good Place Co exists to strengthen organisational impact by co-designing and embedding sustainable leadership support systems.

Sustainable impact depends on creating the organisational conditions that enable leaders to think clearly, act deliberately and lead well over the long term.

We partner with boards, leaders, charities and supporters to design and embed purposeful leadership development and support that adds real organisational value.

Guided by courage, compassion and equity, we listen deeply, shape support to real contexts, and work in partnership to build strategies, cultures and impact that lasts.

Our values

These values are more than words — they guide how we work, the choices we make, and how we want to be held accountable in every partnership.

They also shape our commitments: including equity-based pricing and dedicating a minimum of 10% of our time to pro bono support for leaders who might not otherwise have access to leadership support.
