I’ve seen the difference it makes when leaders get the right support at the right time.
It changes what’s possible, for them as individuals, their senior teams and the collective impact that has on the organisations they lead.
That understanding comes from lived experience.
I’ve spent over 30 years working alongside leaders, teams and organisations locally, nationally, and internationally. I understand the weight leadership carries, especially when things are unclear or under sustained pressure.
I’ve led through growth, challenge, crisis and change. As CEO of a national charity, I led the organisation through significant financial, strategic and cultural change.
Good Place Co is built on everything I’ve lived, led, and learned. It exists to partner with charity trustees, CEO’s and supporters, to build sustainable leadership systems that work under pressure, in real life.

They also shape our commitments: including equity-based pricing and dedicating a minimum of 10% of our time to pro bono support for leaders who might not otherwise have access to leadership support.
