Leadership carries real weight, especially in times of change. With 30 years in the youth sector, 15 years in senior leadership, and 5 years as a charity CEO, I understand both the responsibility and the pressure leaders face.
Our “Strong Starts” onboarding helps new CEOs quickly build credibility, align with their boards, and create early momentum. Beyond that, we offer discreet one-to-one coaching that blends empathy with hard-earned insight, giving leaders the confidence to navigate complexity. And when stability is critical, we provide interim leadership, not just holding the role, but actively guiding continuity and progress.

Culture is where strategy meets reality. It shapes how people behave, how decisions are made, and particularly how teams respond under pressure. We partner CEOs, boards and teams to build values led cultures that support good judgement, effective collaboration, and purposeful communication, in meetings, day-to-day practice, and digital spaces. Through workshops, alignment sessions, and practical tools, we help embed behaviours that build trust, collaboration and accountability. We also work with leaders to understand how their everyday actions shape the tone and performance of the whole organisation.

Our approach spans from local storytelling grounded in lived experience to strategies that connect organisational contributions with regional and national priorities. We combine narrative craft, digital reach, and policy insight to make campaigns compelling and credible. Whether amplifying a community initiative or building wider coalitions, we focus on connecting local energy with systemic influence.

We shape our support around your needs, offering flexible, fair consultancy with equity at the heart.

We partner with senior leaders one-to-one, in groups, and with Boards and Chairs — both remotely and face to face. Our work spans bespoke projects and longer-term culture development. Coaching provides space for reflection and resilience, while group sessions foster collaboration and shared learning. We strengthen Chair–CEO partnerships and help new leaders land well and set purposeful direction. In times of transition, I step in as an interim leader to provide stability, rebuild trust, protect momentum, and prepare organisations for sustainable, long-term success.
At Good Place Co, equity is at the heart of how we work. We offer a sliding scale so that smaller and grassroots organisations can access the same high-quality support as larger charities and foundations. Each year, we commit a minimum of 10% of our time to pro bono services, supporting place-based leaders and initiatives that might not otherwise have access to this support.
